Cork Material

Susie uses cork from Portugal in all of her products. Cork is a soft, flexible, and waterproof fabric that serves as a great plant-based alternative to leather.  

Cork is made from the bark of the cork tree. Removing the bark does not harm the tree, and the cork can be harvested every few years. Cork has many qualities similar to leather and is a great, sustainable material! Due to its waterproof nature, it may be wiped clean with a damp cloth and will not mold or mildew.

  • Processing time

    The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. A general estimate could be anywhere between 2-5 weeks. For details, see individual items.

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    • Items on sale

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
